Candlestick Press are a poetry pamphlet publisher based in Nottinghamshire.

Their products have a classic look and feel to them and are very much objets d'art as opposed to being purely functional. To this end they are pioneering a groundbreaking gift item which could be described as a 'greetings booklet' where one of their pamphlets can be bought with an envelope and a bookmark for your greeting to send instead of a card. For not much more than a conventional card you can send one of these lovely poetry collections which the recipient can keep to enjoy again and again, turning a greeting into a gift.
Eight titles are currently available, with more to follow soon. The latest publication, 'Twelve Poems about Birds' will be avialible in May.
'The Twelve Poems of Christmas' published in November 2009, selected and introduced by none other the Poet Laureate, Carol Ann Duffy, was hugely popular.
